Sardine Salad

What to do with canned sardines?

Canned sardines are a comfort food in Spain. They are a versatile ingredient to add a good source of protein in a dish while also providing a delicious savory, rich flavor. The great thing about canned sardines is the convenience of them. Our Sardines in Olive Oil are already prepared and packed fresh within 24 hours of being caught. They can be eaten straight out of the can, fried, roasted, mixed into a salad, and more!

What do canned sardines taste like?

Our collection of sardines are all submerged in high-quality olive oil to enhance the rich flavor of the fish. They have a savory, bold flavor with a subtle saltiness of the sea. We also have Sardines with Lemon that have a nice bright and zesty flavor with the lemon slice as well as Sardines with Piri Piri Peppers if you are craving something with a fiery kick!
