What you will need:
Mixture:
- Sardines in Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp of diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp of chopped green onions
- ¼ cup of quartered cucumber slices
- 1 tbsp of chopped red onion
- ¼ cup of parsley
Sauce:
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- ½ lemon squeezed
- 1 tbsp of ground Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp of sweet chili sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Sardine Salad:
1. Starting with the sauce, in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix.
2. Next, in a separate bowl, take your tinned Sardines in Olive Oil and place the sardines in the bowl. With a fork, begin to mash the sardines until they are ground well.
