Craving a spicy kick for your next meal? Enjoy this delicious and filling meal that has a delicious fiery kick. Avocado toast is one of our favorite dishes to have for brunch. One way we enjoy it is to add our spicy sardines on top for some added spice and protein!

How to eat spicy sardines?
We love to pair our spicy sardines with bread, pasta, salad, and more to add a delicious fiery flavor to any dish. Our Sardines with Piri Piri Peppers can be eaten right out of the tin or can be roasted in the oven or pan fried!

What you will need:
- Sardines with Piri Piri Peppers
- 1 avocado
- 1-2 limes
- Sour dough loaf
- Olive oil
- Crushed red pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley to garnish
- Watercress to garnish
How to make Spicy Sardine Avocado Toast:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F. Begin with slicing your bread into 1 cm - 1½ cm thick slices.
- On a baking sheet, place your slices of bread and drizzle olive oil on each slice. After, put the sheet in the oven.
- While the bread toasts, slice the avocado into thin slices.
- When the toast is ready, begin to plate. Place the sliced avocado on the toast. Then, season the avocado with salt and pepper.
- Open the sardine tin and place a few on each avocado toast. For an added kick, cut the pepper from the tin and place pieces on the sardines.
- Then, season with crushed red pepper and garnish with parsley and watercress.
- Lastly, squeeze some lime juice and enjoy!
