How to make Mussels on Cream Cheese Toast:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F. Begin with slicing your bread into 1 cm - 1½ cm thick slices.
- On a baking sheet, place your slices of bread and put the sheet in the oven.
- When the toast is ready to your liking, take them out of the oven and begin to plate. Spread cream cheese on each slice of toast.
- Open the mussels tin and place 1 mussel on each slice.
- Lastly, drizzle the left over Escabeche Sauce on the mussels and enjoy!
