Mussels in Escabeche Sauce

These are hands down the best tinned mussels I’ve ever had. They aren’t overly chewy and are instead delicate and tangy. They pair well with a long pasta and a light olive oil tomato sauce.

These also go perfect on a kettle jalapeño chip with a dash of chili oil! I’d never had mussels before and these were awesome.

I created a fantastic new recipe using the La Barca Mussels in Escabeche Sauce and they were so amazing! Such a great quality product for the price. So Fresh and authentic if you are a Spanish seafood lover!
